ive been meaning to write in my diary so many times since i got home...i seriously have had no time. i had such a great weekend. it seems like it was so long ago. it also felt like i was there for like a week. we really packed alot into the day we were gone. the place where the wedding was-ummm let's just say 'small town' doesn't even describe it. there's literally one road in the whole town or i should prob say village. it was good to get away but i def wouldn't wanna live there. it was quaint and cute. it was great to see all my relatives. i had alot of fun with my cousins. i shocked 3 people about my age. 1 person thought i was 17, another 16, and another guess at 15. woo go me the nearly 22 year old! we met this kid at the wedding...he's gonna be a senior in highschool. he annoyed me so bad. he was the typical highschool jock!! i mean he was nice to me but he had this tone about him and when he asked me why i dont go to bars all the time i was like wtf get a life hah. i suppose it was a love hate relationship ha!! i dont know-the typical highschool boys just annoy me. i gave him a chance too. whatever!! right next to the wedding there was this skatepark...in this warehouse. so we all were out there and i went over and took pictures. i was really bored at that point. the boys in there thought they were so cool haha. most of 'em were bmxing. i ate sooo much food. it was great. mmmmm i want it now that im thinking about it. i discovered this dish that i loveeeeeeeee. it's called halushka-basically noodles and cabbage. it sounds nasty but it's russian tradition. we had it in place of pierogis. i <3 it and im gonna try and make it. prob wont turn out as good. there were all these soda aka pop machines there from the 80s. it was weird cos they didnt update them. i got my picture taken next to a pepsi machine. it had the classic oldschool 80s logo. <3 it. the hotel was really cool. it had an indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi. even mini golf. its cool cos all the rooms over look all this stuff and its in like the center. i made friends with a little 8 year old girl when i was swimming. and then in the hot tub i met this 2 cool kids(Bryce he's 17 and Bill he's 20) from central PA. they were there for some car show. they turned out to be so rad. im actually talking to Bill on aim right now. Bryce is a total punk complete with blue hair. they were really fun/funny. after the wedding that nite we went out and watched the meteor shower from like 12-1. it was fun....we saw some rad shooting stars. it was funny when we were swimming earlier that day they were like what's your room #? i was like in a joking way "um im not sure i wanna give that out" and they were like "well we're 216" i was like "no way! im 214!" ha right next door. that was a crazy coincedence. i just wish we had had more time to chill. i got back late late sunday nite and moved in monday. im all moved in. i have been staying here since then. i like it alot! ya can't beat the location and it's really private. everyone's cool and does their own thing. sometimes i dont see the people every day and that's fine with me. im excited i dont have to work tomorrow or friday. i need to sleep. i havent had enough in weeks. i think im gonna go real soon. this woman called from the theater where i did charlie brown and asked me to be sort of like an extra for the show theyre doing now. i guess its a coffee shop setting and they need someone on stage to act as a waitress. i was like hey why not im always up for a show so im in. its a small part but itll still be fun to be involved and good for the resume. she said i can learn the songs and sing too so that'll be good. not too much of a commitment either. less than a month. school starts 3 weeks from today.......... i dont wanna go :( but oh well better than living in the real world working full time. im gonna go to bed now.......
